How to view archived orders on Amazon?

Amazon orders are archived for 18 months, however, you can view the orders in the Order History link in the Customer Accounts page or you can follow below steps.

Steps to view archived orders on Amazon

Step 1. Log into your Amazon account

Step 2. Click on Orders

Step 3. Under “Your Orders” there will be a box with a drop-down menu. Go all the way to the bottom of the list. The last one will be “Archived Orders.”

Step 4. After you find it in this obvious location, don’t feel bad. It took me a good half an hour to figure it out!

Another Tips to view archived orders on Amazon

There are two ways to get archived orders:

(1) login to Amazon Seller Central and click on Reports –> Sales –> All Sales;

(2) login to Seller Central and click on Reports –> Orders –> All Orders;  To view archived orders of individual customers, please login to Seller Central and click on Reports –> Orders –> All Orders.

You can then click on the View Grouped By Item column to view individual orders from the last 30 days.
